Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is an alloy layer formed by the reaction of molten metal and iron matrix, thereby bonding the matrix and coating together. Hot dip galvanizing is a process of pickling steel pipes. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, after pickling, the steel pipe is cleaned with an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to a hot-dip galvanizing tank. |
