Q195 Q235b Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Round Bar Rod For Construction
It is a heat-treatable steel, which contains at least 0.9% Cr and 0.15% Mo as strengthening elements. After quenching and tempering, it has high strength, good low-temperature impact toughness, and a typical tensile strength of 900 -1200 N/mm2. 1.7225 steel has better performance than 34CrMo4 steel due to its higher carbon and chromium content. Similar to AISI 4140, there is little difference in Mn and Cr content. The material also has good workability and good wear resistance, but the temper brittleness is not obvious, and the weldability is poor. It can be used for static and dynamic stressed parts of vehicles, engines and machines. For parts with larger cross-sections, crankshafts, gears.
